DRAUGHT BEER

Lowenbräu is one of the six breweries authorised to serve beer at the Oktoberfest. The Original version is a pure barley malt beer. Also called "The Munich Blonde", it is one of the beers that made this style famous worldwide, characterised by sweet malt notes balanced by the skilful use of hops, making it a particularly refreshing product. 5.2% alc. Vol.

La Cortigiana by Birra del Borgo is a BLANCHE reinvented with a typically Italian style. The completely innovative notes are given by the addition to the barley malt mix of alternative cereals such as tartary buckwheat, coconut spelt, and oat flakes. A good dose of ginger, coriander, and orange peel is then added during boiling. The result is an extremely fresh, smooth, and elegant beer, with an unmistakable spicy and fruity profile.
4.5% alc. Vol.

Goose IPA is a generously hopped beer inspired by the ancient English IPAs. These originated at the beginning of the 19th century when English breweries started producing more bitter and hop-rich beers for the foreign market. The increased presence of hops allowed for greater stability and preservation of the beer, enabling it to survive long sea voyages and very hot climates.

GUINNESS
A beer characterised by its black colour, creamy and persistent foam, and an intense aroma of roasted malt. Guinness is a lightly carbonated beer with a dry taste and a full, velvety body. It is distinguished by its notes of liquorice and coffee, which give it a rich and bold flavour.
4.2% alc. Vol - Contains barley

The Lager by Birra Del Bogo. Clear straw-coloured beer.
On the nose, herbal/hoppy notes, easy drinkability, clean and balanced taste with cereal notes and light bitterness.

With LISA, Birra del Borgo reimagines the world of traditional lagers. The Italian Senatore Cappelli wheat makes it smooth and intense, while the orange peel adds freshness and lightness. Golden and unfiltered, elegant yet bold, it is characterised by herbal and fruity notes accompanied by delicate hints of cereals and bread crust. Leffe Blonde was awarded the silver medal during the World Beer Cup in 2012. Delicate yet distinctive, Leffe Blonde is the ultimate tasting beer: it adds an extra touch of flavour to simple dishes and lightly accompanies your fried foods. 6.6% alc. Vol.

An enveloping taste, characterised by caramel, it is a Belgian abbey beer with an intense amber colour, dense and persistent foam, baking aromas and slightly toasted notes.
